Transitional Course Police Graduation

Western Australia Police congratulates 28 new police officers who will graduate at a ceremony this afternoon before Assistant Commissioner (Workforce) Craig Ward APM representing the Commissioner of Police, and the Hon. Liz Behjat MLC Member for North Metropolitan, representing the Minister for Police.

Police are investigating the sudden death of an 85 year old woman in Bateman.

Police have two men in custody over an incident at Royal Perth Hospital today in which two firearms were seized and a suspicious package removed.

Midland Detectives are seeking information on an incident in which a woman and her one year old boy were injured during the stealing of the family’s car.

Operation Redwater 3

WA Police this week conducted phase three of Operation Redwater, an oil, gas and mining industry partnership involving the targeting of illicit drugs in remote worksites, and reinforcement of company based programs that deter drug use amongst staff.

Significant arrest Kalamanda and Welshpool

Midland Detectives have seized drugs, cash, weapons and a significant amount of stolen and suspected stolen property from a residence in Kalamunda and storage units in Welshpool as part of an operation targeting volume crime and illicit drug offending.
