- Email Your Form 20 and Form 21 Returns to ensure prompt processing of your transactions, Police Licensing Services have provided the option to submit returns on a weekly basis.
- Forward all returns (Including nil returns) via email to Police Licensing Services Firearm Serviceability Requirements
- Please enter “Updated return” in the subject matter for a transaction return.

- URGENT LICENSING NOTICE
The application process is currently being delayed by incorrectly completed Firearm Serviceability Certificates. The new process relies on computer character scanning to capture details from a Firearm Serviceability Certificate. Due to incomplete fields, poor writing or incorrect completion of these documents, applications are being returned to customers for these to be corrected, resulting in substantial delays to licence processing.
If you receive a certificate that is incomplete, please ensure that it is completed as per the Firearm Serviceability Certificate Sample to prevent delays in your application.
