Please note that new applications are not accepted after 3.15pm and renewals are not accepted after 3.30pm due to time taken to process applications.
Tests cannot be taken after 2:30pm. Maximum time allowed for completion of the test is 60 minutes.
New Character Reference form
Please be advised that the character reference form has been updated. Commencing immediately, the new form is to be used with all licence applications requiring character references. No other reference forms will be accepted after 30/04/2014. The new form can be found here.
Security Officer, Security Bodyguard & Crowd Controller Renewals
A current first aid certificate is required to perform licensed work. If the first aid expiry date listed on your current licence has expired, your renewal application cannot be processed unless you provide a copy of your current first aid certificate.
