A dusk service was held at the National Police Memorial in Canberra on Friday 29 September, to pay tribute to constables Anthony Woods, Rachel McCrow and Matthew Arnold.

Constable Woods became the 88th WA Police Force officer to lose their life in the line of duty, succumbing to critical injuries sustained in an incident in June.

This emotional day for the Blue Family was about honouring the great sacrifice these officers made in service of the community.
