Louise Allison LanghornLouise Langhorn reported being assaulted on Wednesday 6 February in Balga, before later dying in hospital.

Police are appealing for public assistance to establish the circumstances surrounding the death of 59-year-old Balga woman Louise Allison Langhorn.

Ms Langhorn died at Royal Perth Hospital on Sunday 10 February.

She was admitted to hospital on Friday 8 February - two days after receiving injuries during an altercation in Balga.

Ms Langhorn did not immediately contact police on the night she said she was assaulted. She reported being assaulted once she was taken to hospital on Friday 6 February.

At that time, Ms Langhorn reported being assaulted about 7pm on Wednesday 6 February on Balga Avenue near Redcliffe Avenue, Balga.

A passer-by in a dark car is believed to have come to her aid and scared off the men before he drove her home to her unit in Balga.
