Taking you to all corners of WA

A career in policing can take you to all corners of WA.

Jigalong Police often go on remote patrols out to Punmu and Kunawarritji communities – a 900km drive on mostly unsealed desert tracks.

Kunawarrtji is near Well 33 on the Canning Stock Route, which is considered one of the world’s great four-wheel drive adventures.

In the last 12 months, Jigalong Police have been involved in several search and rescues for tourists who have gotten into trouble out in this unforgiving environment.

Working together with other agencies and partners is vital as these remote locations bring challenges which require great collaboration.

Visit the Let's Join Forces website and see just how far a career with the WA Police Force can take you.
