What's happening at the 2017 Police Exhibition?

This year, the theme for the Police Exhibition at the 2017 Perth Royal Show is ‘Celebrating 100 Years of Women in Policing’.

Come and learn about the fascinating history of women in WA Police as we take a look back through the years and highlight the pioneering achievements of female police officers and police staff across a century.

Upon entry to the Police Exhibition you will receive an activity book which visitors are encouraged to complete to help you learn about the history of women in WA Police. Don’t forget to fill in the competition form for your chance to win a family pass to Perth Zoo including a behind-the-scenes Bush Buddies Eye to Eye experience kindly donated by Perth Zoo.

Other activities and opportunities for visitors include:

  • Photo opportunity on a police motorcycle – gold coin donations raising money for WA Police Legacy;
  • Photo opportunity in a police car – gold coin donations raising money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run;
  • Daily Constable Care shows at 11.00am, 12.00pm, 2.00pm and 3.00pm; and
  • Kids’ Zone colouring-in competition including daily prize packs to be won.

The Police Exhibition (located on Hardy Road Map ref H5) will be open Saturday 23 September to Saturday 30 September 9.00am – 7.00pm daily. We look forward to seeing you there!
