Do I have to report my crash?

There is a legal requirement for all crashes that meet the below criteria to be reported.

1. Crashes that occurred on a road where the total damage exceeds $3000.
2. Where a person is injured.
3. The owner of the damaged property/vehicle is not present or represented.
