What are acceptable types of identification to apply for for a National Police Certificate?
Applicants must provide suitable proof of identity; this is based on a 100-point identity check. You must provide original proof of identity, copies will not be accepted. The table below provides a guide.

A change of name document, such as Marriage Certificate, Divorce Papers, Change of Name Certificate, is required if your ID is in multiple names. Please Note: This document will not contribute to the points score.
