Embleton armed robbery

Mirrabooka Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance for information to assist them with their investigation into an armed robbery that occurred on Sunday 22 July 2018, near the Bayswater Skate Park, located on Wotton Reserve in Embleton.

Around 3pm, two teenage boys (11 years) were walking with their scooters near the Skate Park when they were approached by a group of three older male teenagers, one armed with a knife. The group threatened the boys and stole their scooters.

The stolen scooters are a silver NV scooter with a Grim Reaper sticker on the bars and the other is a black Grit scooter with a CV sticker on the bars.
One of the offenders is described as around 13 years of age, dark skinned, approximately 120cms tall, with a slim build and a mullet haircut and another one is described as around the same age with fair skin.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or has dash cam footage of the Skate Park area that backs onto the Tonkin Highway northbound, between Collier Road and Morley Drive in Embleton.
