Kingsley burglary series arrest

Warwick Police have charged a 41-year-old man as a result of their investigation into a burglary series at a Retirement Village in Kingsley.

Between 31 July 2018 and 4 August 2018, it is alleged the man attended the village and told the residents and staff he worked for a pest control company and required access to homes to check for white ant infestations.

It is further alleged when he was inside the homes he stole various amounts of cash.

The man from Greenwood has been charged with:-
• Seven counts of Aggravated Burglary and Commit;
• Seven counts of Stealing; and
• Three counts of Aggravated Burglary with Intent.

He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 11 August 2018.
