Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Dealers Infringements
The Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Dealers Act 1994 and Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Dealers Regulations 1996 enables the Western Australia Police Force to issue an infringement as an alternative option to deal with Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Dealers offences.
