Security and Related Activities Infringements
The Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 and Security and Related Activities (Control) Regulations 1997 enables the Western Australia Police Force to issue an infringement as an alternative option to deal with Security and Related Activities offences.

Infringements (Individual)
Do you have one of these types of notices? They are Security and Related Activities Infringements issued to an individual.
If you do not want to be prosecuted in court for the alleged offence, pay the Amount Due by the Due Date. If no payment is received by the Payment Due Date, a Final Demand notice will be issued which will incur additional costs.
Paying an infringement is not regarded as an admission for the purposes of any civil or criminal court case, and does not have to be declared on your criminal history.
The range of payment options are listed on the Infringement Notice and the Final Demand. Alternatively, if you want this matter dealt with by prosecution in court, the Infringement Notice and the Final Demand contain a Court Election option to be completed and returned by post by the Payment Due Date.
